Thank you so much for the speedy reply. Do you have your yurt somewhere it freezes? That's the water heater I was looking at initially but we would like to use it inside, do you use yours outside? Trying to figure out a safe way to use a propane tankless inside (not sure best way to vent to outside) where we can just use a hose really. Seems like these would be perfect except they say to use outside.

Yes, it gets down to -35 here in the winter. I used it inside. When I am not there (it is my camp, not my home) I put non-toxic RV antifreeze in it.

I just hooked it up inside. The longest it runs is about 1 minute when I fill up the sink to do dishes. I have another in our shower yurt and I usually run that with the door open.

ECOTOUCH ECO55, I would recommend this water heater to anyone. Installed for my shower in our little house and it amazes me how well it works. I mounted it under the building near the shower and operated remotely through the floor.

It uses 220 volts instead of propane and only heats water as needed as required. Overall I am very impressed.
