@Kasnyku If you can reach the gutters, they debris can simply be scooped out with your hand. If your is elevated, you'll have to work from a ladder, but the procedure would be the same. I assume the cut you refer to is the small horizontal cut through the inner valance of your top cover, which allows the hanger brackets to mount onto the rafters. Don't worry, this will not cause any additional wear on the fabric over time and cannot cause any leakage because the inner valance is completely covered by the outer valance. This cut became necessary when we added the inner valance to our top covers in 2001. Our perimeter gutter system has been available since 1998, so it has been very well tested.
