Well, the deed is done, Bank and my Lawyer agreed that the wasn't required. While looking for , I had the pleasure dealing with a young Woman at the Insurance Company who found the Yurt fascinating and has offered to work with me to create a plan to introduce the positive side of Yurt ownership to her Brokers. Maybe we can get them to be the first company in BC to cover Yurts. If anything comes of our idea, I wil post it here.
