Changing stovepipe from center to ??

I have a Nomad Shelter 20' yurt. These yurts have the stovepipe going through the center/skylight. I would like to move my stove out of the center, towards one wall. Nomad said I should put elbows in and still allow the top sections (metalbestos) to go through the center/skylight.

Has anyone out there done this before?
How did you secure the pipe so the whole mess didn't slide out of the skylight?

If I decided to have the stovepipe go through the wall instead of the skylight, what is the best way to secure it?
