Anyone know where to purchase a skylight for the top of a 16 ft yurt? The yurt companies Ive contacted are extremely expensive.

Searching for 'acrylic domes' gives some decent sources. Here's three:

Acrylic Dome
Plastic Domes | Plastic Hemispheres | California Quality Plastics Plastic Domes and Spheres
Clear Acrylic Plastic Display Domes.

You'd need to figure out how to attach it, but yurt people are usually inventive

I've got an ongoing project to improve my low-cost roof hole solution in my 12" yurt. I just made another modification yesterday. I should make some design diagrams so other people can try it out.

We just completed a glass octagon skylight in Conifer, Colorado. Acrylic version is also available.
