She is churning the aeric. Someone churned it about 1/2 an hour a day. It is fermented horse milk that they drink from a bowl. It isn't strong alcohol, but it does taste a bit off. They said by September it would be very strong, and could get you drunk. Don't ask me why, I am just reporting. Y1
