Hello everyone, so glad I found this forum. I've been to the Big Island once many years ago and loved it. I am told it to why is even more beautiful and I have recently become enamored with Yurts and you're living. I live in Colorado right now but would much prefer climate in the Pacific area. Definitely want a community around me of fellow yurt dwllers. Also is there a way to Simply rent from an owner, something like a rent to own? Or if not sure about the process of buying land and then buying the yurt. Or is it possible to just rent the land and by the Earth? Obviously I'm brand new to this process so any and all information would be more than helpful and muchly appreciated.

its all about elvation in Hawaii, I am going to move there in about 1 year and live in a yurt, as far as buying land, its part of the united state are 50 state so buying there on the big island is just like anywhere else the other island are way to expensive for me, but basically you have two side of the island hilo side the rain forest, and kilo the desert and you can go up the mountain if you want snow , but its all about the elevation in Hawaii the big island
