How does one sell a yurt?

Hi everyone this is my first time posting on this forum. I recently bought a 16 foot yurt from

Pacific yurts

. I live in Oakland CA and the person who owns the urban property agreed to let me set the yurt up in the backyard. I researched everything thoroughly and decided to go ahead and go for it. This is definitely the biggest purchase I've ever made and the one thing I didn't consider was how much city sound would come in and echo. It is so loud in the yurt and I definitely would not have gone through with the whole thing if I had known that would be the case. Anyway I'm thinking about selling it and trying to recoup as much of the cost as I can. Any advice on how to go about doing that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
