Insurance for a yurt?!
I am looking to buy a yurt on a couple of acres of land in Vermont. I have found a bank that is willing to finance (with 20% down and not a great interest rate), but I know that the bank will want the property insured. Does anyone carry on their yurt? What companies will do that? Unfortunately I can not afford to buy the yurt separately from the land, which would make everything easier. Any stories or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
