I'm located in the San Juan Islands near Seattle WA. Looking for a wooden yurt kit ( something funky...slanted walls and hobbit door) or someone to build one.

If you have any pictures of said funky yurts post them and we can work out a deal I'll fly you to my home and you can build one on my property but remember I don't want fabric I want a solid wood yurt with funky windows and doors

Check out . If you were in the NE I would suggest , especially for the funky part, he makes custom stuff and could do the hobbit door for sure.

We just got our new website back on line so have a look there if you like. We build kit homes and to reduce shipping could probably work up the specialty stuff here and erect it there. Would be fairly expensive tho with the traveling and personnel costs as we are in NC, so keep that in mind.
Our master carpenter can build you anything you want so no problem there...
