Default Yurts in Arizona/New Mexico

Anybody have a yurt in the southwestern United States, specifically Arizona or New Mexico and how difficult was the permitting process?

Colorado Yurts

has done extensive permitting in Arizona. Talk with Dan Kigar there, he should be able to get you going strong.

Aloha!

I am building a yurt in northern az and after many Phone calls and incredible help, the gist of what I have found is do it up to Code and if there is a problem then you can deal with permitting. The yurt community is incredible and if you run into problems there is Support for it.
