Yurt foundation/basement?

I've been looking into building a hard-sided yurt on a full basement for a year round home. In searching for options between block and poured concrete, I happened upon this company and thought others may have use of these products as an environmentally-friendly alternative to concrete foundations:

Why Use Faswall for Basements Instead of Conventionally-Poured Concrete?

I'd like to find a way to build a walkout basement on my own without contracting a skilled tradesperson... Faswall's block might be a good option.
