someone please tell me if those pictures show. I can't find software to reduce these below 100k...160k looking like the best I can do

And here I was going to suggest looking into a straw bale system. Lol. At least for a few years until you got settled, lumber came down, see if you like yurt living. Someone on this forum did that successfully. But perhaps not in a wintery climate, not a 30’ yurt, not dealing with potential zoning issues.

Anyway. You look like you got a great start! Good luck. My stove is small for my space, but I like that. Can do full burns wo/over

heating

that lessen creosote build up. Maybe some yurt folks can keep their yurts heated consistently. For me the easiest, least expensive, most environmental solution is to insulate myself. Lots of down jackets and winter hats - until your yurt is 70+ and you can enjoy basking in the toasty wood heat in a t-shirt. Plus. Your body adjusts to what feels cold! I think much like too much food and labor saving devices, we were built to handle temperature difference. It’s actually good for us. Lol. Anyone? Anyone? 😁
