Buy a few pallets. lol Draw out your frame on 1/4" graph paper to scale. Figure your joists on 16" centers for 3/4" ply, or 19.2" centers if 2x flooring. (Not T&g). If 2x4s no more than 4' apart. If 2x6s, no more than 6' apart.

I have a 2x4 frame with 2x6 deck boards. My joists are on 19.2" centers. I placed my pads 3' or less apart and have 47 under the 16' deck frame. You're gonna need a whole lot more than that bud.

If your site is flat, you could do a 2x frame laid atop a 4" thick circular gravel pad, and insulate beween the framing with insulfoam board a lot cheaper, and a WHOLE lot less labor messing around leveling and aligning 100 free standing piers.

Check this out:

More typical of a 'standard' yurt frame using the same piers.
