Default Laying the floor

Hello all, just want to say thanks this is a great forum and has really helped us out along the way.

Wondering if anyone has any advice for laying the floor? We have 5 1/2" T&G red pine going on 16" center joists. I've laid a few floors before, but where does one start in a circle lol? Any insights, tricks, advice is appreciated.

I am not a carpenter but I can tell you that they didn't build mine in a circle, they laid it out long and then cut it to one.. A couple of examples:

Snap a line perpendicular to the joists, through the focal point of the deck. Deck one side. Make and insert a spline in the first course. Reverse the direction of the T@G. Deck the other side. Cut the circle. Done.
