Compression ring not level

Hi,

I'm pitching a 30' Colorado yurt in Hawaii, and I just noticed that the compression ring isn't level.

Can I loosen the rafter bolts and shift it even though the roof is already on? I think it may have happened when we got the heavy roof up there, the bolts may not have been tightened enough. It's not by too much, but it's visible. Maybe a 2" differ from one side to the other. The

dome

isn't installed yet.
Can it be fixed without the roof caving in on me??
