Default building a yurt with two doors

what special considerations would i need to attend to when building a yurt from scratch with two doors? first of all, is it possible? i'm considering building a canvas yurt with a front door and a door opposite it to connect to a second, smaller yurt.

Not only can todays modern yurts handle two doors, they can handle three or even four. How? The

tension cable

wrapping the yurts circumference effectively transfers the roof load to the wall lattice. I deliberately ran my

tension cable

entirely around my yurt, including OVER the door frame, so there would be no surprises in the worst wind. Modern rope wire tension cables have incredible reserve of strength.

As long as there is a strong knot free header in the door frame, and a strong cable, two doors is no problem at all. Keep them spaced a ways, like on opposite sides as mentioned, and go for it.
