Sounds like you want to get a 30' yurt and fully develop the land with well, septic, gas, electricity etc. A full on yurt build from scratch on land you develop. That is gonna cost some money. You need to get a basic financial plan together with a rough idea of costs. Then investigate getting a loan before you invest a lot of time in this idea. Some lenders will not loan money for yurts, and others will. If you can secure the financing, then yeah, go for it. Professionally built yurts make for a very nice and affordable home.
