Thanks . My being a plumber I have access to all kinds of goodies even larger pipe. Don't think I'm going to need steam though I haven't tried bending yet. I'm going to slice a 4x8 sheet of luwan, into strips and use a tractor trailer tire as my form and make it no less than an inch thick. Drill my holes round then use a red hot pick to square the holes out by burning.

Like the 'burn to square' procedure Marshall. That really trips my switch. Looking forward to seeing pics of this down the line dude.
