A commercial 15 year cover is absolutely the way to go.

Making progress! Platform base is complete. Dig holes to around 24” deep and filled with roadbase and then compacted. It set like concrete. Then pulled out all the SIPS panels to start fixing them. Very pleased so far!

Thanks Bob, happy with it so far. Now its time to get a little crafty trying to repair the OSB and foam in the SIPS.

The old sips had a bunch of rotten OSB. that is why they needed repairs. Got that fixed splines attached, perimeter kirfing installed with story strip! We decided on a finished plywood flooring. Next we will prime and paint. Very happy with the progress.
