Traditional Mongolian Yurt needs Repair

Hello,

My friend has a traditional yurt, that was made by Mongolians. Since they are far away, she is looking for a closer and more economically feasible option. I believe all or most of the items are still there. There was a fire on the floor but that has been replaced. During the fire, the lining, etc. was pulled off in order to protect it. Anyone with knowledge of how reassemble properly or could pass on a contact would be greatly appreciated! She uses the Yurt as part of her livelihood, so it is very important to act on this as soon as possible.
