How to rotate my profile pic?

Hi,

Just joined.
Uploaded a profile pic and it uploaded upside down.
Then I first rotated the original pic upside down (in Photoshop), downloaded that and it is still upside down!

Any advice on how to solve this?

I had the same problem after trying to fix it a number of times i just gave up lol
