Platform questions - 30 foot yurt

Total newbie here. We just bought a piece of land un NE Maine - on the coast. We are considering buying a 30 foot yurt- first contender is Pacific Yurts but totally open to another...

This is really helpful b/c I have just been quoted $26K!! to build a 30 foot platform in NE Maine. Clearly I need to keep shopping for someone to build it....
