Joint Venture on the beach in Mexico

I own beachfront acres on the East Cape of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Totally off the grid, some of the best beaches around, just a few miles from Cabo Pulmo National Park (Scuba diving), great surfing, kite surfing, fishing, kayaking. Yurts would be perfect. If someone SERIOUS would like to chat about some type of Joint Venture, please let me know. Thanks
