Covering interior of existing yurt ceiling
 

Hi yurt friends, I want to cover all the interior walls of my existing 32' yurt which has cotton canvas walls, arrow-foil bubble insulation and vinyl exterior. The walls are easy to cover, drywall or wood but we wonder about the weight on the ceiling? We have snow poles and the beams are dimensional lumber glued together.

Thoughts on what to put over the ceiling that wont collapse the whole thing? I want to cover up all the cotton fabric because it is treated with flame retardants which it turns out I'm allergic to!

We used bed sheets. Or you could find attractive but lightweight quilts, covers,...
