i'm looking to build a yurt for a small community of people, about 8-10. these people would be college aged, able to help build it and everyone would pitch in. i'm looking into having a kitchen and bathroom in it, along with a few sleeping areas. the ideal width/length would be a diameter of 32-64 feet, to allow for as many rooms or sleeping areas as possible. if needed i would be looking into having two small yurts, one for the guys and one for the gals. in which case the yurts would be 32 feet in diameter with bathroom and kitchen utilities. preferably there would be separate sleeping areas for each indivudual, but i'm open for shared sleeping and also for bunk beds.
if you have any floor plans or ideas that could help me out, my boyfriend and i would be most greatful. Thanks!! p.s. ive never built a yurt before. |
