Yurts and the gov. - CA

Hi everyone! New here. Just purchased a

pacific yurts

24’ from a good friend, love it! Long story short, the yurt has to be moved due to the county (lake county CA). Of course I knew this going into the deal, and plan to build a house on the current yurt site.

My question: does anyone have any clues about yurt friendly municipalities/counties in northern CA? Oregon? I am on the hunt for a new parcel for my lovely yurt. I have been searching different county codes and am exhausted without finding a single answer! Does anyone have any tips for finding a spot that is yurt friendly, legally speaking? Thanks so much
