setting up yurts in florida - need advice

i'm in the process of getting some undeveloped land on which to place some yurts.

i'm thinking of one larger yurt (20+ ft diam) and a smaller 'guest' yurt (12 or 14 ft diam).

anyway, i'm looking for advice on whether to buy them new, have someone build them with me (i don't have the skills but am willing to learn alongside someone), or buy them used.

any suggestions?
