Default Perfect Yurt for Cold weather

I purchased a Nomad Shelter four-season yurt last summer. The

insulation

in this yurt is exceptional and it is designed for chilly climates. I had friends with these yurts in Fairbanks, AK (can be -50 in the winter) and they were very pleased with them. My yurt is in Willow, AK, where it can be -45 in the winter. Although it was only down to -30 this year, I found my yurt to be super warm and cozy (16' yurt) when heated with my Jotul 8 wood stove. I don't live there full time, but spend days off there in the winter and it was amazing how quickly it got warm in there. I'd not only buy one of these again in a heartbeat but have recommended them to friends and family. I paid a bit extra for a third window, 7' walls (which make it more spacious), and a French door. I just love the light and the great views I have from the yurt.
