Permitting/Legality of Yurt Living in MN

Hi all, my partner and I are looking into living in a yurt full time and we presently live in Central Minnesota. We have both tried to figure out if there is anything particularly illegal about living in a yurt here, and our google searches have not been the most fruitful.

So was curious if anyone else has gone through the process in MN? How did it go? Any resources that you found and are willing to share would be great!
