No lattice track for new Yurt

Hi there,

A friend of mine imported a yurt over lockdown, and only recently have I taken it out of it's box and looked at it, and attempted to build it. I believe it is a 9 metre circumference Yurt.

He imported it from China, and there are very few instructions on how to build it, just a short YouTube video. Immediately I can see that the first thing to go down is a kind of wooden track that the lattice walls sit in to create the bottom structure/walls. That ring-like wooden track is not with the kit, and I don't want to build the lattice work straight onto the ground as it seems to me it wouldn't last long in English conditions.

His idea was for it to be part of the equipment of an events company he is yet to set up, and for it to go up and down as required, not to be a permanent fixture.

Does anyone know if there is somewhere/someone in the UK who could build him a track to fit rather than sourcing and shipping one from China?

I have spoken to the company he originally purchased from and they don't make the tracks - something was lost in translation a few years ago when it was purchased.
