Contractor to finish our permitted 30' Pacific Yurt-Please help

Hello all,
Due to a lack of contractors in our area we had to put our yurt up ourselves. With limited time and help, mistakes were made. We didn't even attempt the center column.
We are located in Susanville CA and with winter coming, we are very concerned about our investment. We are just about out of options and may be forced to give up on our dream.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
