Hello,
I am considering putting up a yurt in Durham greene county NY and don't really know where to start. the site was an old mobile home site. it has septic but hasn't been used in some time. and there is a well ofcourse. what should i do to get clearance to put one up?? Are yurts considered taxable? any help would be appreciated. thank!
