Practically Brand New Blue Yurt from Pacific Yurts

Practically brand new 14′ Blue Yurt from Pacific Yurts for sale. It has four windows, a lovely skylight dome with a crank top, wall insulation, and a pine door with a glass window. Original cost from Pacific Yurts was 10,400. Total cost of tax and shipping was 1,950. My grand total cost was 12,350.

This yurt was up for less than a year and occasionally had acupuncture and massage patients. It looks brand new except for a bit of Live Oak tree sap on the roof which is not visible when the yurt is up. There is no sap on the dome.

You may take the yurt platform for free. It has a 3/4” blue plywood floor screwed down to a strong 4 x 6 redwood timber circular base. The pine wood deck/porch and redwood platform are free if you buy the yurt. The 3/4 inch blue plywood floor may need to be replaced. The total cost of the platform and deck design, materials and construction was around 7,500. The plywood floor will be inexpensive to replace if needed.

You can also pay a carpenter or handyman to take apart the platform and deck. We know a handyman willing to take apart the structures for 25 an hour.

We will also include a tiny wood stove with a wood storage base, feet, heat proof handle, full extension stove pipes from tinywoodstove.com and protective fire shield which we bought from Pacific Yurts. The stove and all components worked excellently well in another yurt and was only used for nine months. We will include stove and all parts for 500; significantly less than we paid for it.

You will need a 10′ truck or trailer to haul away the yurt, which has already been taken down and is safely stored and ready to move. If you also want the free platform and deck, you will probably need a 15’ truck.
