I had a new top made for $4,300 and due to illness and brutal weather had not been able to reassemble it. The inside has been exposed to the weather. The double coat of raw linseed oil has saved it. To get it operational, you need to sew new velcro around the 3 windows and recoat the frame with two coats linseed, I use raw and will throw in a gallon. This yurt is around 10 years old, a yurt is really a vision that changes as you do, so you realize you have a 700 sq ft
yurt for a low price and it will keep changing as you live in it.
The dome was ripped off it, replacement $1,500 to buy
Comes with 2 yr old EZ freeze fridge made by the Amish. Propane tanks 25 pounders and automatic change over regulator included. Solar chill stainless dc volt swamp cooler and panels and a solar battery that may work from the solar store, Instantaneous water heater and 12v pump new in box and new woodstove and some vent pipe unused.
Outside of the deal, if you need a trailer to haul it, I have a PJ trailer for $1.000 with 2 inch ball. No pictures
