24′ Pacific Yurt with Snow/Wind/Insulation and Most Items needed for Kitchen+Bath

24’ Pacific Yurt with extras (almost everything needed for kitchen and bathroom) $23,500
We set this up in January 2022 and our son lived in it for 1 month until his plans changed. Since then, it has just stored stuff. It is in great condition and everything included is essentially new!

Yurt specs: Snow and wind kit, Perimeter blocking (still in package), 2X6 rafters/ring/hardware upgrade, Roof and Wall Insulation, Extra door with double window, 2 screen doors, 2 extra windows, insulated window covers, Tinted dome, Dome opener, Stove flashing (has not been installed—so you can decide where to place stove if you choose to have one). If exact yurt was purchased now, current price is $22,555 plus wait time)

Includes:
• Incinolet Incinerating toilet 120volt (used one month—current price is $2,900+tx)
• Shower kit (32X32)
• Stainless steel utility sink and additional counter and storage shelves/rack
• Cuisinart double induction cooktop, Countertop oven
• Bosch electric mini-tank water heater (for kitchen sink)
• Ceiling fan
• All decking (followed Pacific Yurt’s suggested platform plan and insulated it with rigid foam insulation)

Bathroom: We had a separate bathhouse so you could do that or frame bathroom in yurt. Does not include hot water tank for bathroom, as we used it for another project. We will also include bathroom sink with granite countertop and faucet (48”X22” –needs base).

Kitchen: We are keeping the refrigerator as it is the only item that has actually been used for more than one month. We chose stovetop and countertop oven (instead of range) because they don’t require 240V power.

We priced everything at current prices and it adds up to more than $28,500. Would like to sell everything together but can take off extra items and adjust price if buyer doesn’t want/need everything.
