Bought new in 1991! Amazing structural longevity and lives up to its claims for superb resiliency in wind. Fir frame in excellent condition (refinished in 2015.) Roof cover (heavy duty) replaced 2015 with built-in gutter system and front door awning. Door w/window (and screen never used) new in 2015. Door and roof cover in excellent condition. Includes snow and wind kit (DIY studs; Pacific Yurts hardware.) Side cover in poor but serviceable condition with some treatment and repair. Includes Reflectix roof and wall insulation, T&G full 5/4″ plywood floor. Misc items. You take down and haul–requires 2 people. See the Pacific Yurts website for resources. Great customer service.
