Loved 20\’ Pacific Yurt with Snow/Wind Kit. Purchased in 2019 and used as a yoga studio.
Six screen windows with plastic and canvas covers, french doors with wide-screen door, upgraded flooring, upgraded insulation, pop-top dome, front porch, full-size wood stove, stove piping+support, custom built platform, and small solar system (solar system needs one $100 part to function).
This yurt has held up without issue at 9,000 feet in Colorado winters. With the wood stove, the inside temperature can be maintained at a comfortable 80+ degrees with below-zero temperatures outside. It also has great ventilation in summer.
I am devastated to need to sell, but I cannot take the yurt with me. I hope to find a good home for this well-loved sacred space.
I want to sell everything together; however, I am open to offers for the yurt without additions and reasonable offers with additions.
The buyer must help with dismantling and transport. Unfortunately, I do not have support to help with this part.
