20′ Pacific Yurt wind/snow and insulated platform

We bought this beautiful 20′ yurt, but plans changed.

Tons of upgrades: wind/snow load, insulation package, 6 windows, French doors, screen door, stove flashing, and dome opener

The yurt is 4 years old. It includes the interior flooring, EPA certified clean burning wood stove, solar system, wind/snow load, wall/roof insulation from Pacific Yurts, 1 1/8 thick tongue and groove decking, styrofoam R-20 insulation panels, and platform posts/supports. The decking floor setup alone are worth a couple thousand.

The only blemish on this yurt are two of the screens for windows. There are tears that might require screen replacement.

Everything has been meticulously disassembled and marked and is ready to rebuild. We’d be willing to transport up to 2 hrs from Grand Junction, Co, if that is wanted.
