A new, unused 35\’ yurt kit and heavy-duty platform, custom SIPS panels, glass French doors and windows, and wood flooring are included. The yurt kit is from Shelter Designs (SD) in Montana, and the same kit would cost 5K more if purchased now vs. 2022 when we got it. Plus we contracted out our SIPS for less than SD charges, so another 6K in savings there.

We never set it up because we have to sell our land. So, it\’s been in our shop in great condition. We\’re just looking to get back what we paid for it.
